Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
• International Shipping: No International Shipping Now. Hopefully soon!

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and packaging, and contact us immediately at care@cairobbq.club. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
