Return & Refund Policy

Returns:
We want you to love your Weekend Rubs experience! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@cairobbq.club with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer exchanges for the same product. Please contact us at care@cairobbq.club to initiate the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and any custom-made or personalized products. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at care@cairobbq.club.
